All Age Drug and Alcohol Treatment and Recovery Service
The Authority is seeking applications from suitable organisations that are interested in tendering for an all age drug and alcohol treatment and recovery service for residents of North Tyneside or people who are registered with a North Tyneside GP. The Service will provide the full range of pharmacological (including sub-contracting of supervised dispensing of methadone and/or buprenorphine from Community Pharmacies), psycho-social and recovery support interventions, underpinned by a strong commitment to harm reduction and prevention.

Provision of Primary Medical Services for GP Practice in Summerfield Primary Care Centre in Winson Green, Birmingham (Lot 1) and GP Practice in Sandwell (Lot 2)
NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (NHS Arden & GEM CSU) on behalf of Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG (SWB CCG) are inviting suitably qualified providers who are capable of delivering Primary Medical Services in Birmingham at Summerfield Primary Care Centre and Primary Medical Services in Sandwell (Great Bridge Health Centre and Parsonage Street vicinity). The payment mechanism will be based on the GMS global sum rate (£87.92 in 2018/19) + 5% fixed top-up. The successful provider will deliver Primary Medical Services to the patient population in accordance with the core GMS Contract requirements. As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful Bidder(s) for a period of 7 years [with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 3 years]. Lot 1: Registered list size is 5,913 patients (as at July 2018) Summerfield PCC is leased from NHS Property Services and there is 15 years remaining on the 25 year contract. The premises are fully functional and compliant CQC requirements and relevant Healthcare Technical Memorandum (HTMs) and Health Building Notes (HBNs). GMS Core Contract (Essential and Additional services) Further Services: Directed Enhanced Services Primary Care Commissioning Framework (PCCF) GP Choice (out of area registrations) Extended access 6.30pm - 8pm Monday to Friday plus weekend access Based on the current contract it is anticipated that the service provision resultant of this procurement will have an annual agreement value of circa £523, 096.00 per annum (excluding V.A.T) Lot 2: The contract for Primary Medical Services in Sandwell will be delivered from two sites (Great Bridge Health Centre being the main site and Parsonage Street being the branch site). The provider will be required to find their own premises for the branch site which must be within 1.5 miles of the current premises at Parsonage Street (West Bromwich), however, as an interim measure the current premises will be available for the first 12 months of the contract if required. Great Bridge Health Centre is leased from NHS Property Services and the lease will be extended to match the contract length. The premises are fully functional and compliant with CQC requirements and relevant Healthcare Technical Memorandum (HTMs) and Health Building Notes (HBNs). Combined registered list size is 9,151 patients (as at July 2018) GMS Core Contract (Essential and Additional services) Further Services: Directed Enhanced Services Primary Care Commissioning Framework (PCCF) GP Choice (out of area registrations) Extended access 6.30pm - 8pm Monday to Friday plus weekend access Zero tolerance Based on the current contract it is anticipated that the service provision resultant of this procurement will have an annual agreement value of circa £927.374.48 per annum (excluding V.A.T).

GP Direct Access Non-Obstetric Ultrasound Service in Hertfordshire
NHS Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group (HVCCG) are seeking suitable providers able to deliver a GP Direct Access Ultrasound Service for their patient population registered with a GP in Herts Valleys. HVCCG will be looking to procure a local, direct access non-obstetric ultrasound service with staff qualified to appropriate levels of skill and experience, using ultrasound equipment which complies with the guidance set by the Royal College of Radiologists, connection to NHS image transfer solutions, the ability to integrate with the Electronic Referrals system (e-RS), robust performance management systems and stringent levels of clinical governance. The aim of the service will be to provide early diagnostics and diagnosis to avoid the need for unnecessary referral to secondary care and enable management in primary care. The service will be available to all Service Users over the age of 18 registered with a Herts Valleys GP. DPS 3 - Supply of community equipment for Simple Aids
Croydon Council is seeking to engage suppliers of community equipment to the Integrated Procurement Hub (IPH) hosted by Croydon Council. The IPH is a shared service arrangement, whereby a number of local authorities have pooled their procurement of community equipment in to a single shared arrangement whereby Croydon Council acts as lead contracting authority procuring the Goods for and on behalf of itself and its Local Authority partners. This pooled requirement includes the community equipment that the Council and its local authority partners require as a result of performing health functions delegated to them by NHS bodies as part of their integrated commissioning arrangements. This tender process is being carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 34 of the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015 relating to the procurement of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the purchase of the Goods.

Onshore Panel Physician Network - Standing Notice
In March 2015 the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) established an onshore panel physician network of medical and radiology clinics to complete medical examinations for Immigration New Zealand visa applicants. The clinics use an online immigration health processing system called eMedical. This Onshore Panel Physician Network is an ‘open’ panel and clinics may be added during the term of the contract (1/4/2015 - 29/3/2020) where a need is identified, provided the clinic provider meets MBIE’s mandatory requirements for being part of the panel network. Additional clinics may be required to fill a regional gap, to replace clinics removed from the panel or as needs change and additional capacity is required.
