Isolators tender
The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust has two main sites, one in Chelsea, London and the other in Sutton, Surrey. We are looking to procure 9 new pharmacy isolators for our pharmacy aseptic suites. These isolators will predominantly be used to aseptically prepare injectable anti-cancer therapies under GMP grade A conditions. In addition planned preventative maintenance and servicing is also required for the agreed lifespan of the isolators.

Computerised Hospital Task Management System
The Walton Centre is unique - we are the only specialist hospital trust in the UK dedicated to providing comprehensive neurology, neurosurgery, spinal and pain management services. Our specialist staff offer a world-class service in diagnosing and treating injuries and illnesses affecting the brain, spine and peripheral nerves and muscles, and in supporting patients suffering from a wide range of long-term neurological conditions. We treat more than 100,000 patients a year. Our neurosurgery department is one of the busiest in the UK, performing around 3,000 elective surgical cases, 2,000 emergency surgical cases, and 400 day case procedures a year. The Trust's neurology department operates a network of almost 50 satellite clinics at hospital and GP practice sites around the region, which brings our services closer to the 3.5 million people in our catchment area. In addition we are the region's specialist centre for spinal services, and house the most comprehensive neuroradiology service in the country, including four MRI scanners and a highly advanced CT scanner. The Trust also runs the rehabilitation network for Cheshire and Merseyside, and has a dedicated neuroscience research centre, conducting vital research and clinical trials. In September 2015, we were announced as a NHS Vanguard which gives us national support to develop our neurology and spinal services further. The Walton Centre has also achieved Investors in People Gold accreditation, recognising our commitment to our workforce of over 1,500 staff. The Walton Centre Charity funds a variety of projects at the hospital which help improve patient care and services. Scope of the Requirement - The Trust is looking to run a below OJEU threshold Tender for the provision of a a rapid task management system which allows efficient management of all required mobile staff via two way radio and smart devices. The system should be a complete end-to-end solution which delivers the key benefits detailed below and improves the level of service to clients.

DPS 3 - Supply of community equipment for Simple Aids
Croydon Council is seeking to engage suppliers of community equipment to the Integrated Procurement Hub (IPH) hosted by Croydon Council. The IPH is a shared service arrangement, whereby a number of local authorities have pooled their procurement of community equipment in to a single shared arrangement whereby Croydon Council acts as lead contracting authority procuring the Goods for and on behalf of itself and its Local Authority partners. This pooled requirement includes the community equipment that the Council and its local authority partners require as a result of performing health functions delegated to them by NHS bodies as part of their integrated commissioning arrangements. This tender process is being carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 34 of the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015 relating to the procurement of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the purchase of the Goods.

This process establishes a potential provider’s suitability to deliver services to people with disability who have individual funding packages and determines their compliance with mandatory quality requirements. Through the registration process successful respondents will be deemed to be ‘registered’ and prequalified to be on the Disability Services Provider Panel (DSPP).

Onshore Panel Physician Network - Standing Notice
In March 2015 the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) established an onshore panel physician network of medical and radiology clinics to complete medical examinations for Immigration New Zealand visa applicants. The clinics use an online immigration health processing system called eMedical. This Onshore Panel Physician Network is an ‘open’ panel and clinics may be added during the term of the contract (1/4/2015 - 29/3/2020) where a need is identified, provided the clinic provider meets MBIE’s mandatory requirements for being part of the panel network. Additional clinics may be required to fill a regional gap, to replace clinics removed from the panel or as needs change and additional capacity is required.
