This contract opportunity is divided into two potentially separate contracts. Te Papa is seeking a main contractor to become the preferred supplier to: 1. Manage the Combined Maintenance Services Contract. The Combined Services Contract will combine a number of service and maintenance contracts under one master contract managed and coordinated by a Principal Contractor. 2. Manage and deliver the Fan Coil Unit (FCU) Replacement project. The Project involves the replacement of the FCUs located at Te Papa Cable Street. The preference is to engage a Principal Contractor to supply both the Contract and the Project; however if this is not possible for Te Papa's benefit then separate contracts may be let. Please refer to the documents attached to this RFP when responding. Note: Document B17 (Drawings) will be issued to Respondents at the supplier briefing.

CT 18-005 Request for Proposal Management and Maintenance Services for Open Spaces
The Queenstown Lakes District has an estimated resident population of 32,500 spread over 22,500 rateable properties and a total land area of 8,467 km2. The visitor population on an average day is around 20,400 with a peak population of around 99,000. The district is one of the coldest places in New Zealand with an average temperature of 10.7°C ranging from -10°C to 35°C with ground frosts over 130 days per year. Combined with a low average rainfall of 636mm per year this creates a unique climate within New Zealand. The Lakes District is also dependant on delivering a high quality experience to visitors and residents alike. Therefore, the availability and quality of Opens spaces is significant The scope of this RFP includes: a) To maintain and improve the quality, safety and accessibility of all Open Spaces. b) To maintain Open Space and natural areas to a high amenity value. c) To protect the regions iconic landscapes. d) To proactively report all incidences of damage or potential damage on open space assets to minimise or prevent significant renewal expenditure occurring as a result of inadequate maintenance. The Queenstown Lakes District Council is inviting participants to submit proposals for the delivery of the Management and Maintenance Services for Open Spaces (the Contract Works). QLDC envisages awarding a contract with an initial five year term, commencing 1 February 2018, with one two year 5 month year term extension available at the discretion of QLDC. It is essential that submitters are committed to carrying out the principal components of the scope of work with locally based resources.

Minor Works Framework
Middlesex University (MDX) is seeking to procure a Minor Works Framework. MDX estimate the approximate spend for this Framework to be circa 1,200,000 GBP per annum (circa 4,800,000 GBP in total over the 4 year framework duration). This annual spend will be spread across an average of 30 works packages which, in most cases, will not exceed 350,000 GBP in value for any single work package. The Framework will be the delivery vehicle for any minor capital works required by the University for ongoing maintenance, capital, and refurbishment and renovation projects. Maintenance projects are identified during annual building inspections and as a result of routine or emergency maintenance calls throughout the year. MDX's capital projects involve long-term investments through a construction project which adds value to the university infrastructure, such as providing new space that meets the needs of the students, and aligns with the MDX's and Estates long-term strategic objectives. Refurbishment and renovation projects generally encompass all other construction projects that are not identified as maintenance or capital. The successful suppliers will be required to service all of MDX's current and future estates.
